At MakerBot, I specialized in enhancing the usability of cloud-based products such as CloudPrint software and the cloud slicer. I also improved firmware for MakerBot printers, ensuring smooth and reliable printing.

At LLS, I focused on conducting stakeholder interviews and UX research & analysis for the website. My aim was to understand user needs and pain points, and translate them into actionable design improvements.
